Michael Fanning
Partner, FCCA MAAT
Michael started in accountancy in 1989 at a medium sized practice before working in London for several years. Keen to acquire his own practice he bought Henry Reeves and Co in September 2005.
Since 1989 Michael has gained a wealth of experience dealing with all types of clients from sole traders to a fully listed plc.
Outside of work Michael has a keen interest in football following a premiership club as well as Maidstone United. He also plays bass guitar in a local covers band and enjoys live music and stand up comedy.
Stuart Relf
Partner, FCCA
Stuart started his accountancy career in 1999 at an established practice in Hythe. At this practice Stuart completed his ACCA studies, passing 14 exams before becoming a fully qualified accountant in 2006.
Stuart joined Henry Reeves and Co in July 2009 as a senior manager and became a partner in 2015.
Outside of the office, Stuart enjoys working out on his Peloton, supporting Maidstone United and spending time with his 2 young children.
Kerry French
Accountant, FMAAT
Kerry has worked at Henry Reeves & Co since 2013, during which time she has achieved her AAT qualification. She is skilled in accounts preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and Sage as well as preparing VAT returns and Tax Returns for both individuals and companies.
Along with her family, Kerry supports their local sports club where she acts as the club treasurer.
Tom Ranford
Senior Accountant, FCCA BA Hons
Tom graduated from the University of Kent in 2003 with a BA Honours Degree in Mathematics, Accountancy and Finance. He joined Henry Reeves & Co in 2007.
He is a dedicated football fan and season ticket holder of a Premier League team. He is also a regular runner in events across the South East with several half marathons already under his belt.

Rachel Fanning
Office Manager
Rachel has worked for Henry Reeves & Co for around 15 years and plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly.
Outside of work, Rachel is married to Michael and they have two teenage sons and one very energetic dog! A keen swimmer, Rachel enjoys all sports and is originally from Kansas where her family still reside just outside Kansas City.
